ACE ACFMT

The ACE ACFMT is a rugged, field-portable Alternating Current Field Measurement Technology non-destructive testing (NDT) instrument based on eddy current principles. It produces uniform surface currents and inspects for changes to identify surface-breaking flaws such as fatigue cracks. Designed to be rugged and ergonomically handled, it supports standard as well as customized probes for varying inspection conditions. With real-time feedback, it becomes possible to accurately size defects and scan through coating. It includes reporting software that stores full scan data for auditing and allows for the creation of comprehensive, bespoke reports. ACE is perfect to be used by a single operator in hostile on-site conditions and performs well with ferritic as well as austenitic materials using probes of appropriate frequency.
