Automated Test Systems

Zwick Roell's Automated Testing Systems are intended for post-processor-controlled, reproducible mechanical testing with minimal operator influence. With each stage of the test process automated—specimen feeding, identification, dimensional measurement, testing, and sorting—these systems are particularly well-suited for high-throughput configurations. And with their integration with auto Edition automation software and testXpert testing software, they render test execution consistently post-processor uniform and test results traceable. Its product lineup includes models like ALEX and many roboTest configurations (L, N, R, P, I, F, H), with each configured to a specific material and test sophistication. ALEX and roboTest N may be utilized for testing metals and plastics in relatively simple tensile or flexure tests. roboTest R and P handle sophisticated, high-force testing tasks like testing a thick plate or rebar. roboTest I is employed for Charpy impact testing automation, while roboTest F and H are for film and pipe testing, respectively. They can accept applications in metals, plastics, films, and more with capacity from a few to hundreds per batch.
