The Spotlight 200i FT-IR Microscopy System blends smart automation and sophisticated analysis capability, providing outstanding spectral information from sample locations with diffraction limits as small as 10 microns. It functions in transmission, reflectance, and micro-ATR modes to provide sampling convenience. Adjustable to mid-IR, near-IR, or dual range FT-IR, it provides maximum information from samples with the use of Spectrum Two or Frontier systems. Fitted with a single-point detector with high performance and white light LED illumination, the Spotlight 200i produces high-quality visible images, which make it suitable for research and industrial labs. It can also be upgraded to the Spotlight 400 Imaging System for further functionality.
