HSX & HS-Series Medical Heat Sealers

RDM MEDESEAL HSX-Series Medical Heat Sealers are manufactured to create high-quality, consistent seals for reels, barrier films, and medical pouches such as Tyvek, Foil, PP, PE, PET, EVOH, and laminates. Constant heat technology, along with pre-heated bar sealing jaws, offers fast and consistent sealing within 0.75 to 1.5 seconds. Unlike rotary or impulse machines, the HSX-Series provides repeatable performance with large batches through accurate heat control and consistent pressure sealing. In 400mm, 650mm, and 800mm jaw lengths, these sealers have touchscreen HMI/PLC controllers, user-programmable recipes, and validation to ISO 11607 standards. With pack-in-place sensors and auto/manual start features, the HSX-Series is suited for critical medical packaging applications where seal integrity is a priority.
