HT-2PC Auto Heat Seal and Hot Tack Tester

RDM's HT Series Hot Tack Testers are tailored to precisely measure hot tack seal strength of thermoplastic packaging films under real conditions. The systems simulate high-speed peeling and sealing, allowing packaging experts to test seal performance as soon as heat is applied but before final cooling. ASTM F1921-compliant, HT-1PC can be used in manual test applications, while HT-2PC is loaded with automation functionality, high-volume usage, and programable test sequencing. Both systems provide precise control of peeling speed, sealing temperature, pressure, and dwell time to ensure repeatable, consistent results needed for quality control, R&D, and line qualification.
