The LUNA-STEM is a state-of-the-art dual fluorescence cell counter for the counting of nucleated and non-nucleated cells, such as stem cells and stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells. With the use of Acridine Orange (AO) and Propidium Iodide (PI) staining, it delivers very sensitive and accurate counting and viability testing. The counter has dual fluorescence optics and image analysis software, and it produces distinct results in less than one minute. It features interactive touchscreen control, cell counting is simple, and it offers data export via USB.
