MAGAZON SBU Series MPI Bench
MAGAZON SBU Series MPI Bench, designed and manufactured in Hereford, UK, is a robust magnetic particle inspection solution for components that need high magnetising currents. Stainless steel construction with integral power pack and variable clamping pressure allows this bench to accommodate component testing across a range of sizes. Pneumatically powered headstock and sliding tailstock provide stable positioning, and it is available with a range of coil options including encircling and split coils. The bench supplies AC, HWDC, and FWDC waveforms and has digital metering with display mode selection. Custom control panels and onboard memory to store up to 99 test setups are provided for convenience. Both water and kerosene-based inks are accommodated, and manual or automatic application of ink is available.
