SONODUR R

SONODUR R is a fully automatizable UCI hardness testing system for 100% process control in mass production. It comes in a 19" housing and can therefore be easily implemented in automated production lines or utilized as a benchtop device. It has software based on Android and can accommodate a 7" LED touch screen for intuitive use. It can operate with various probes and 1 N to 98 N test forces, making it quite flexible. It provides reproducible results for quality control with the capability of controlling actuators directly like good/bad sorting gates. It can be used for the measurement of parts after heat treatment or surface treatment.
