TA.XTplusC Texture Analyser

The TA.XTplusC is a singular multi-functional mechanical texture analysis device to measure and quantify mechanical properties with high accuracy. A maximum force of 50kg can be applied and the speed can be varied from 0.01 to 40 mm/s, enabling users to recreate real world circumstances. It is available in both standard and extended heights to suit the many testing requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The unit can be used to measure hardness, adhesive strength, and gel strength, among other features, using various probes and fixtures that are readily available.
