TRUFLUX

TruFlux is a high-resolution digital tank floor plate scanner using Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) technology for efficient and accurate inspection. Designed with ergonomics in mind, it features an advanced damping system that minimizes lift-off and placement issues during operation. Capable of detecting corrosion on both the top and bottom surfaces of tank plates up to 20mm thick, it can also scan through coatings up to 6mm. TruFlux weighs only 55kg with the battery, offering a small footprint and easy portability. It supports USB plug-and-play functionality and is compliant with EEMUA 159 and API 653 standards. The improved DAQ software enables a quick, intuitive setup and accelerates the overall plate scanning process, delivering precise results with minimal user input.
