Volscan Profiler

Volscan Profiler is a solid product volume, density and dimensional profile laser-based scanner. The machine makes rapid and precise non-contact measurements of the aforementioned specifications within 22 seconds. The Molscan 3D constructs accurate and non-contact high-resolution 3D visualizations soft, brittle, porous loose and fragile products. This supplants older techniques belonging to displacement methods such as seed dial and displacement using mercury. As such, the scanner enables accurate quality control product comparison and measurement for dimensional surveillance both in situ (during production) and ex-situ (after the product is stored).
