The Weld Check 3 is a rugged, dual-frequency eddy current flaw detector with conductivity measurement, allowing it to be used in dual or single-frequency applications. The product design is focused on ruggedness and ease of use with improved materials and ergonomics from feedback of field operators. It can be employed on a very broad range of eddy current inspection applications because of its high performance, such as weld testing, defect detection on surface and low frequency non-ferrous material inspection. Built with heavy-duty operation in mind, it features over-moulded rubberized corners for maximum impact protection and internal optimized design for moisture and salt resistance. The unit features a daylight-readable 14.5cm LCD color display with an anti-reflective polycarbonate shield, providing readable visibility in any light conditions. The Weld Check 3 provides more than 7 hours of battery life and flexible features such as a rear foot stand and harness attachment points.
